Pet Policies:
1. Limit one pet per apartment.
2. All pets must weigh under 20lbs. (fully grown)
3. All pets must be under 12 inches in height. (fully grown)
4. All pet owners must complete a pet application.
5. Pet deposit of $250 and pet fee of $250 are required.
